Union House, a $120 million community in San Francisco, is now 30 percent sold and has welcomed its first move-ins.

Construction is complete on Union House, a $120 million luxury condominium project in San Francisco. Developer DM Development has greeted first move-ins at the property adjacent to coveted enclaves Pacific Heights, Russian Hill, Cow Hollow and the Marina.

The largest development to be constructed in its area in the past two decades, Union House set a 2020 sales record in May when a penthouse in the condominium sold for $3,015 a square foot, the highest price per square foot attained this year.

The 41-residence community features one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, as well as multi-level town homes and penthouses featuring private rooftop terraces. Residences range in size from 955 to 2,437 square feet.

Features and finishes include European wide-plank oak flooring throughout, above-average ceiling heights and seven-foot picture-frame windows with views of the Golden Gate Bridge, the San Francisco Bay and the city skyline.

Kitchens offer touch-to-open drawers and cabinets with self-closing hinges, master bathrooms light Italian Carrera marble.

The list of amenities is headed by The Sky Lounge, featuring an outdoor fire table, lounge seating, an outdoor grill and dining spaces. Prices range from $1.5 million for a one-bedroom up to $5.5 million for a three-bedroom residence. Union House is currently nearing the 30 percent sold mark.

Residents of Union House will benefit from direct access to major employers and job hubs, health care centers and luxury shops and boutiques in the neighboring Pacific Heights and Russian Hill neighborhoods. Some of the most highly-regarded neighborhood parks in San Francisco are within walking distance, including Lafayette Park, Lombard Street Reservoir, Moscone Softball Fields, Russian Hill Park and Great Meadow Park at Fort Mason.

Last week, the groundbreaking of a fully-affordable San Francisco community made news, with BRIDGE Housing Corp. starting construction on a 137-unit, fully affordable development at 4840 Mission St.
