StreetLights Residential, the developer of the 349-unit The Cameron in Phoenix, has opened The Christopher, a luxury community in Uptown Dallas. The 31-story, 309-unit residential tower represents the second phase of RED Development’s mixed-use project The Union.

The Christopher offers studios, penthouses and one-, two- and three-bedroom units featuring top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite and quartz countertops with tile backsplashes, custom cabinetry in kitchens, dine-in gourmet islands and private balconies. Amenities include a private resident bar with bartender, coffee bar and concierge service. In April, the developer plans to add an eight-floor amenity deck with cabanas, lounge space, lawn deck with seating and firepits as well as an oversized studio. Rents start at $2,270.

The Union is a short walk from the 5.2-acre Klyde Park and a few blocks from Victory Station. It encompasses a total of 800,000 square feet of retail, residential and office space. Both the residential and office towers are situated above a 60,000 square-foot Tom Thumb grocery store and share the amenity deck. The 22-story office tower was designed by HKS Inc. and opened in October 2018.
